Co-ordinated regional food and drink promotion during 2 year Foot and Mouth recovery period 2001-2003.  Thereafter worked in conjuction with existing regional food groups.  Project managed sourcing of speciality foods for London foodhalls, organise group food stands at national trade fairs.
